History

John Sours, Broker, established Wadsworth Real Estate as a real estate brokerage in 1977, primarily working as an investment and property management company.  In 1980, Karen Wilson joined the company, eventually growing into the current position of Office Manager/Broker.  With over 40 years of experience, the company has become known as one of the premier real estate brokerages in Medina County.  The staff currently consists of two brokers, four agents, and two administrative assistants - boasting a professional yet family-oriented atmosphere.
